REFUND POLICY
We are unable to offer refunds for boxes once they have been shipped. This includes instances where a box is in transit, delayed, or delivered as scheduled.
If there’s an issue with your order (like damage during shipping or an error on our part), let us know and we’ll do our best to make it right.

SHIPPING POLICY
We do our very best to have all monthly Family Movie Night Boxes shipped by the 12th of each month. If, due to unexpected delays or disruptions, your box will ship later than the 16th, we’ll send you an email to keep you in the loop.

RETURN POLICY
Each Family Movie Night Box is thoughtfully curated and packed with care. Because our boxes include time-sensitive and perishable items, we are unable to accept returns once a box has shipped.
If your box arrives damaged or something is missing, please reach out to us—we want your movie night to go off without a hitch!
